Year in Review: 2018

2018 has been truly epic for all of us at Dixa 🚀! We said hello to new faces, offices, features and product improvements, all driving us along in our mission to end bad customer service and empower customers and businesses to build stronger bonds.

As 2018 came to a close, we were also able to capture the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Start-up of the Year in Denmark! This along with the release of our newest channel, Facebook Messenger, rounded out the year with a bang 💥.

As we enter 2019, we are excited to continue growing our platform with a strong focus on adding channel neutral features and functionality for a consistent working and customer experience across all channels.
