The week was topped off with an epic win after Dixa captured Best Engagement Solution! The award for Best Engagement Solution specifically recognizes the challenges faced in employee and customer engagement – from workforce management and gamification to customer management technology.
The Call & Contact Centre Expo Innovation Awards celebrate the best talent within the customer engagement world, as well as honor the latest innovation transforming our contact with customers. The award was decided on by a panel of distinguished judges after each nominee showcased their product or service to a live audience.
