Dixa Adds 6 Talented New Friends to EMEA Management

It’s been quite the year so far, and I’m excited to say we have even more great news to share with you!

We kicked off the year with our acquisition of the knowledge platform Elevio, continued the momentum with our expansion into the US, and now we have six talented new leaders joining the management team in Strategy, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering in EMEA.

At the executive management level, Christian Lohmann has started as Dixa’s new CSO, based out of Copenhagen, and Dayana Nevo has taken on the role of VP of Marketing, sitting remotely in Israel.

On top of this, we welcome four new faces to the senior leadership team: Cecil Adjalo as Head of Business Intelligence, Amandeep Dosanjh as Head of Customer Success, Chris Ritson as Director of Inside Sales, and, finally, Martin Vester-Christensen as Director of Engineering for Data & AI. Cecil, Amandeep, and Chris are based in London, and Martin sits in Copenhagen.

Adding such talented and driven people across the business will no doubt bring new energy and ideas to the table and is a hugely exciting step on Dixa’s journey to becoming the world’s leading customer engagement platform. On these recent hires, Dixa’s CEO, Mads Fosselius, had the following to say:

â€śI cannot express how proud I am to have such brilliant leaders joining our Customer Friendship journey. We take great care when we hire new leaders to find the best and brightest we can and to ensure Dixa will be a place they can thrive and have a huge impact. I’m humbled to announce such inspiring and talented leaders to join me in growing Dixa through 2021 and beyond.”

Who are these new Dixaterians?

Christian has a background in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Investment strategy, most recently as Head of Tech Investment at Carnegie Denmark. Having led our acquisition of Elevio at the start of 2021, he has already had a huge impact, and we’re excited to see what else he will accomplish with the new Strategy & Business Development unit. Christian is Danish and spends his spare time with family.

Dayana comes to us with a wide range of experience in leading global Marketing organizations in fast-paced scale-ups and large corporates, most recently with AmDocs and WalkMe in Israel. An Uruguay native living in Israel, Dayana has a background in Product Marketing and spends her spare time with her family and new puppy.

Cecil started out on a service desk resolving software issues, so knows the importance of great customer service first-hand. He then transitioned to BI and Data Analytics consulting and most recently led the UK operations for a Spanish technology business, Hiberus. He is a UK native and an avid promoter of diverse entrepreneurship in his spare time through his role leading operations at Foundervine.

Deep has jumped on board from LinkedIn, where she was leading the Glint customer success team following the acquisition. Also a UK native, she comes from a background in occupational psychology and outside of work enjoys baking chocolate chip cookies and playing basketball.

Chris has led Sales Development at big names like Peakon and Tessian. A Brit based in London, when he’s not building the sales pipeline he can be found walking his two dogs.

Martin has an extensive background in data and analytics working in various industries, recently with Nordea, Accenture AI, and Wunderman, and enjoys hanging out with his teenage daughters when not at work.

All these leaders’ extensive international experience and viewpoints will no doubt help us continue to scale on a global level over the coming years.  We’re so excited to welcome them to the Dixa Family, and look forward to sharing more exciting updates once they get settled in!
