Dixa Raises $14M in Series A Funding

We are excited to share that Dixa has recently secured $14 million in Series A funding with the help of Project A Ventures and early investor SEED Capital!

The newly raised funds will be used to expand our position as The Customer Friendship Platform, helping brands get closer to their customers across all communication channels.

From a kitchen to a $14 million Series A, it has been a wild ride since I founded Dixa with Jacob Vous Petersen, Jakob Nederby and Krisztian Tabori in 2015. I couldn’t be more excited and humbled to embark on this next chapter… None of this would be possible without the amazing Dixa team, our early investors, Preben Damgaard, Lars Thinggaard, Nikolaj Kornum, family, friends, business partners, advisors and last but not least, our amazing customers. The funding will also be used to accelerate the development of our next-gen engagement software and the expansion of sales and operations to new offices in London and Berlin.

As we look towards the future, we will continue to place a tremendous focus on our company culture, ensuring that Dixa builds friendships through our product, with own customers and within the company itself.

No tickets, no call center, no silos

In 2015, we set out to create software that supports an ongoing relationship between brands and their customers. Since then, our mission to empower customers and brands to build stronger bonds hasn’t changed. By having all relevant information in the same tool, our goal is that agents know each customer and their history the second they call, email, live chat or message — helping them provide a friendly, personalized experience every time.

A channel-neutral future of highly personal customer engagement
